1.     Read the following pages from the Classroom Management handout:     

p. 1 - 4, p. 7 - 26 (skip A Brief History of Classroom Management Research and begin with Meta Analysis and Classroom Management) and the next section Disciplinary Interventions on p. 27 and p. 35 - 40.

The last section on Teacher-Student Relationships (p. 41 - 43 and p. 49 - 64) will be assigned for Thursday, so if you have more time to read this weekend, then go ahead.

Assuming the reading offered some ideas you would consider using, which specific actions will you implement in your own classroom? Be prepared to discuss your thoughts on Tuesday.
