1. Read the article Mathematics the Write Way.  Be prepared to discuss the article.  Answer the following: would you implement writing in your future classroom?  Why or why not?

2. Write a response to the open-ended task on Smoking Data. We will discuss these in class on Tuesday.

3. Read the Scoring of Assessments section from the Core-Plus implementation guide.

4. Complete Lesson 1 from Unit 6 of the Core-Plus curriculum (Exponential Growth). That is, read the introduction and Think about this Situation, and provide written responses to Investigation 1, #1-4, as well as the Checkpoint.
