2. Read Richard Skemp's article on Relational and Instrumental Understanding.

3. Read the prologue from Elizabeth Green's book Building a Better Teacher.

4. Read Chapter 1 from Jo Boaler's book Mathematical Mindsets.

5. Submit your second journal entry by Friday 3/3. (See assignment #3 for a complete description of the task)
