Must involve materials you
received from the project.
Must be accompanied by permission forms from student and yourself.
Must have full detailed lesson description in word format for the lesson.
Lesson Description must follow format of written project.
Video should be digital and not have time/date mark on.
Do not videotape computer monitors.
You may contact us for a camera and assistance in videotaping your
lesson.
